**SPRING home maintenance tip checklist**

The milder days of spring are a perfect time to do a thorough spring cleaning and perform home maintenance. After a long winter, it is a good idea to spend time on preventive measures to help maintain your home and property throughout the year.

-Prepare your flower beds. Remove old branches and leaves. This is the perfect time to clean under established hedges and ornamental trees to allow for proper watering and feeding. Spread more dirt if necessary and fresh mulch.

-Check gutters and clean out if needed.

-Inspect all exterior hoses and faucets, check for leaks, poor connector pieces and corrosion.

-Lawn Equipment - Make sure lawn mowers, tractors and other equipment are tuned up before using, as well as sharpening any blades, sheers, pruning tools etc.
-Clean windows after the pollen has come and gone.
-Service AC once the weather is warm enough to do so.
