SOLD A HOUSE!!

Super busy morning.  Closed my longest lasting client today!!!  YAY!!  I feel so proud that I was persistent over the last 5 years.  Paid off not only with a paycheck, but a friendship as well.  After closing I showed my sister 5 houses and then 2 of them again.  Maybe another offer to come....?  GOOD DAY over all.  And this evening it's off to celebrate amongst my fellow Realtors!

So productive today...feels great!!  Had a quite successful realtors open house today at my precious home on Youngwood!  And even had a showing afterwards.  YAY!  Now, just waiting on that offer! :)
