We are about to enter a prime selling season!!
So... you may have noticed over the summer months, the market tends to slow down a bit. Everyone has been asking me why they see so many for sale signs.
"It seems like none of them are selling?!"
It's hot. People are taking vacations. Kids are out of school. All of these are contributing factors that create a little bit of downtime.
If you are thinking of selling, but are a little unsure of the market time,
don't panic! The market usually picks up around the first of September.
We are about to enter a prime selling season!!
Don't wait too long, the holidays will be here before you know it.
