$125,000 - 1514 Pickering Drive - Pleasantree Subd. 2bd/2ba
This is such a special house to me. It was my late Grandmothers home and a lot of time was spent making memories, not only at this house, but this neighborhood. I can't speak highly enough of Pleasantree Subd. I'm glad it sold so fast, but it's bitter sweet. My hopes are for the next owner to enjoy it as much.
