I see this floor plan quite often, and here's how to update it!
I see SO many of these floor plans in Little Rock and unfortunately, most buyers don't love the split foyer layout. But look how much changes once you remove that wall!! Granted, there is some work to be done. There are now conventional rehab loans that will allow you to do the work you want, in order to improve and update the house. Message me if you want the names of local lenders here in town that offer this loan product. It's a great way make improvements without having to come out of pocket to do so.

I'M SO GRATEFUL!!
When reflecting back on my business and relationships built in 2015, I'm reminded of how much I love my job. Each client has their own unique story and what it is they are trying to accomplish at the end of the day. The working relationships I've developed have been more than I could have imagined it would be over the last 12 years. Little did I know, that one day I could say I play the role of marital counselor, a shoulder for support, baby sitter (literally), finance guidance counselor, handy man, problem solver, home stager and most importantly, confidant. I wouldn't have it any other way. It means the world to me that SO many of my clients are committed to my continued success. I wouldn't be here without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
