"BLOGGED DOWN"

SO...with the rates SO unbelievably low, my husband and I decided we'd take advantage of the market and purchase our 1st investment property.  I have to say, it's been a great challenge, especially with two small children at our feet.  Ofcourse, we both work in real estate and are on the "up and up" with our current market trends.  Little Rock is doing wonderful.  There's more inventory and prices are slowly rising from a very stable past.

I hope to keep you updated on the progress.  Patience is key...(I keep reminding myself)!
